As is our custom, this semiannual correspondence is intended to keep you abreast of developments in estate and elder law. The following is a brief summary of noteworthy developments since our last communication:
Mark and his family take an annual family vacation in December they went to Portugal. With Mark in Porto (the home of Port wine) are his lovely wife Amy, and their sons, Evan, Austin, and Alex. Austin (sunglasses) is a second-year law student at Western Cooley and intends to join the practice in 2018.
Sam Hurwitz appeared in the musical "The Wiz" in January as the Head Monkey. You wouldn’t want a subordinate monkey as your Attorney, would you?
Becky Coyle attended a VA seminar in Memphis Tennessee to keep abreast of changes in the Aid and Attendance benefit. While there she took time to visit with Hunka Hunka Burning Love, Elvis.
To celebrate the end of winter, Wendy’s elderly pony Sam (no relation to Hurwitz) paused his search for spring grass at Wendy’s home in Howell to allow their first "selfie".
Our office manager, Kim Rapp, is currently training for another Ironman which will take place on July 24, 2016 in Lake Placid, NY. This time she hopes to cross the finish line a Kona Qualifier. If she does qualify, she will be competing in the Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii on October 8, 2016.
